Position: Digital Payment Senior Officer

About the Job

EthSwitch S.C. is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Digital Payment Senior Officer. The position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the performance and availability of digital payment systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading system upgrades, changes, and performance enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
• Participating in team leadership activities and delegating tasks in the absence of the principal.
• Managing the setup, testing, and piloting of various digital integrations such as IPS, NPG, and Shared Wallet.
• Monitoring and managing payment application systems.
• Guiding payment system operations and troubleshooting incidents.

About You

Education:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 6 years (BSc) / 4 years (MSc) of relevant work experience, out of which 2 years must be in professional positions.

Additional Advantage:

• Ethical competence and relevant professional certifications.

Required Skills:

• Technological & Digital Literacy
