Role Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching, and monitoring the sales team, including key distributors and their crews. The manager will execute sales plans to deliver sustainable growth, sales volume, market share, and a competitive advantage.

Key duties include:

• Recruiting, orienting, and training sales staff.
• Building the capabilities of the sales team through on-the-job training.
• Implementing and monitoring the company’s Route-to-Market Strategy.

• Executing the company’s pricing strategy and providing feedback on market trends.

Requirements

• Education: A BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related business field.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within the FMCG industry.
• Required Skills: Brand management, business development, buyer-responsive selling, basic knowledge of user interface communication, and creative thinking.
