🔹 Available Positions & Requirements
1. Director, Strategy and Brand
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields with 8 years of experience (4 years managerial)
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in same fields with 10 years of experience (5 years managerial)
- Skills: Leadership, analytical ability, communication, problem-solving, innovation, and brand management.
- Purpose: Enhance enterprise and marketing strategy, product development, positioning, and brand eminence.
2. Director, Legal and Loan Recovery
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Law with 5 years experience (3 years managerial/supervisory, preferably in banking)
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 7 years experience (managerial/supervisory)
- Purpose: Safeguard Nisir from legal risks, ensure compliance, manage litigations, loan recoveries, contracts, and regulatory affairs.
3. Manager, Strategy and Project Management
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics & Supplies Management, or related fields with 6 years experience (2 years managerial)
- OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years experience (3 years managerial)
- Purpose: Drive enterprise strategy, performance monitoring, and program/project management.
4. Branch Manager
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years (Master’s) or 6 years (Bachelor’s), with 2–3 years supervisory experience
- Purpose: Lead branch operations, enhance resource mobilization, improve service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Resource Mobilization Support and Performance Expert
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (Master’s) or 3 years (Bachelor’s)
- Purpose: Design and implement strategies to achieve resource mobilization targets and enhance sales capacity.
6. Customer Experience Management Expert
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (Master’s) or 3 years (Bachelor’s)
- Purpose: Introduce service quality monitoring models, set standards, and enhance customer service delivery.
7. Senior Attorney (Litigation and Loan Recovery)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Experience: 4 years in litigation and loan recovery
- Purpose: Handle legal cases, loan-related litigations, foreclosure processes, and represent Nisir at all court levels.
8. Senior Performance and Talent Development Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience
- Purpose: Implement effective performance management and learning & development systems.
