Officer & Technician Positions
- Customer Relationship Officer: BA degree in a business-related field with 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year as a Junior Officer in a microfinance or banking institution. Located at branches under all districts.
- Office Equipment Technician: BSc/Level IV in Electrical & Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Requires 4-5 years of experience, with 2 years as an Associate Office Equipment Technician. Located in Dire Dawa, Jimma, Shashamane, & Adama Districts.
- Senior Internal Controller I: BA degree in a business-related field with 3 years of general work experience, including 1 year as an Internal Controller, CSO, or equivalent in the banking industry. Located in Dire Dawa, Hawassa, and Jimma Districts.
- Senior Customer Service Officer Cash I: BA degree in a business-related field with 3 years of general work experience, including 1 year as an Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent in the banking industry. Located in Dire Dawa, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa, Shashamane, North Finfinne, and West Finfinne Districts.
- Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I: Requires a BA degree in a business-related field with 3 years of experience, including 1 year as a CSO, CRO, or equivalent. Positions are available in Dire Dawa, Jimma, Adama, Hawassa, and Shashemane districts.
Driver Positions
- Driver–I: Requires a 12th or 10th-grade completion with a relevant driving license and 3 years of experience. Located at the Head Office & Dire Dawa District Office.
- Driver III: Requires a secondary school completion or above with 5 years of relevant experience and a public driving license. Located at the Head Office.
Managerial Positions
- Manager, Banking Operation: MBA/MA/BA in a business-related field with 7-8 years of experience, including 2 years as a Manager Customer Relationship Management II, BM-I, or equivalent. Located at Finfinne Branch.
- Branch Manager: MBA/MA/BA degree in a business-related field with 4-5 years of general work experience in banking, including 1 year as a Manager Banking Operation Management I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent. Located in Jimma, Nekemte, Dire Dawa, Adama, Hawassa, South Finfinne, North Finfinne, and Shashemane Districts.
- Branch Manager-I: MBA/MA/BA degree in a business-related field with 5-6 years of general work experience in banking, including 1 year as a Branch Manager, Manager, Banking Operation Management II, or equivalent. Located in Dire Dawa, West Finfinne, Nekemte, and Adama Districts.
- Branch Manager III: MBA/MA/BA degree in a business-related field with 8-9 years of experience, including 2 years as a Team Leader, BM-II, or equivalent. Located in Dire Dawa District (Harar Branch).
- Branch Manager-IV: MBA/MA/BA degree in a business-related field with 9-10 years of experience, including 1 year as a Branch Manager-III or equivalent. Located in East Finfinnee, South Finfinnee, and West Finfinnee Districts.
