Position Details

The Sales Officer will oversee the sales team and find solutions to increase company sales. Responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Training sales employees and managing customer appointments and complaints.
Providing in-depth knowledge of company products to customers.
Informing product developers about potential improvements and analyzing competitors’ products.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Zero (0) years of working experience is required.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills are necessary. You should also have sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in other local and international languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: You should be adaptable and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
