Position: Graduate Trainee

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, MIS, or other related fields.
  • Experience: No experience required (0 years).
  • Graduation Year: Applicants must have graduated from 2022 to the current year.
  • CGPA: A minimum of 2.75 and above.
  • Age: 25 years old or younger.
  • Other Requirements: Basic knowledge of Sharia Law is required. Female applicants are highly encouraged.
  • Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale, with attractive benefits.
  • Place of Work: Branches under the Mekelle and Shire Districts.
