1. Driver I – Mizan Teferi Branch

Education:

• 12th / 10th Grade Complete
• Public I or Third Level Driving License

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Experience in the banking industry is advantageous

Job Objective (የሥራ ዓላማ):
To safely transport bank employees or goods to different locations, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Inspect oil, water, lights, tire pressure, and other essentials before starting work.
• Operate different vehicles (heavy, medium, light) to transport staff and goods within and outside the city.
• Ensure fuel, spare tires, and tools are available for the vehicle.
• Record mileage and destinations before and after each trip.
• Report vehicle service and maintenance requirements on time.
• Perform minor repairs and report major malfunctions.
• Safeguard and deliver bank property properly.
• Ensure vehicle safety and request timely servicing.
• Keep annual inspection records updated.
• Wear proper uniform during working hours.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.

2. Junior Cameraman and Video Editor – Communications Division

Education:

• Diploma in Cinematography, Photography, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in Cinematography (Camera Shooting & Video Editing)
• Experience in the banking industry is advantageous

Job Objective:
To manage proper recording of various events and studio shoots for production, promotion, and documentation purposes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Capture quality footage at bank events (seminars, promotional activities, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing video shoots (camera, lighting, audio setup).
• Maintain and upgrade camera & related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with BOA brand guidelines in visual outputs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras and accessories.
• Support in video editing, sound narration, and post-production.
• Manage sound systems within the division.
• Participate in documentation and knowledge management initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues as required.
