Goh Betoch Bank S.C, the first private mortgage financial firm in Ethiopia, officially opened its doors on October 25 as the 21st bank in the country. Established with over 6,600 shareholders, the Bank secured its license after raising more than 500 million Birr in paid-up capital from a subscribed amount of 1.2 billion Birr.

The Bank is now inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions.

1. Graduate Trainee

Educational Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Zero year experience.
Only 2025 graduates with 3.5 CGPA & above who passed the National Exit Examination are eligible.

Location: Bahir Dar

2. Customer Service Officer III

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant banking operations experience.

Location: Addis Ababa

3. IFB Accounts and Operations Officer

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations.
Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) or IFB-related certification is advantageous.

Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

4. Branch Manager

Educational Qualification & Experience

Minimum BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of banking operations experience, of which 2 years must be in a supervisory position.
