1. Customer Relation Officer

• Duty Station: Ayer Tena Branch
• Qualification: Level IV/Diploma or above in Accounting, Banking, or related fields
• Additional Requirement: COC certificate is mandatory
• Experience:
  • 1 year for Diploma holders
  • 0 year (Fresh Graduate) for Degree holders
• Terms of Employment: Permanent
• Salary: As per the Institution’s scale
