1. Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Number of Positions: 2 (1 for Power System Design, 1 for IT Network/Weak Current System Design)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will independently handle full electrical project designs, from concept to documentation, for large-scale office and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare technical documentation for electrical systems in buildings.
• Develop power supply and distribution systems (Power System Design role).
• Design IT network systems, weak current systems, Data Centers, and BMS systems (IT System Design role).
• Ensure all designs comply with Ethiopian and international standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for integrated design solutions.

Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
• PPEE Certificate (Professional Practice of Electrical Engineering) required.
• Skilled in both power system and weak current design.
• Experience in large-scale office building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and design software.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.

• Professional registration with relevant institute.
• Proficient in design standards of Ethiopia.
• Experienced in Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Gas Fire Extinguisher, and Firefighting System Design.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Team-oriented and disciplined.
