🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business-related fields + minimum 8 years’ relevant banking experience (3 years supervisory).
• Master’s Degree (Business-related) is an advantage.
• Trainings in banking operations, credit management, and leadership are a plus.

Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling branch activities, ensuring adherence to bank policies, leading sales and customer service initiatives, preparing budgets, and reporting.

2. Principal – Tax Officer

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V.No HO/03088/25)

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

📝 Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection, reconciliation, and payment of taxes; updating knowledge on tax laws, facilitating audits, preparing documentation, and managing tax risk strategies.

3. Principal – Fund Management Accountant

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V.No HO/03089/25)

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
• ACCA certificate (added advantage).

📝 Job Summary:
Monitors the Bank’s liquidity position, reports on fund availability, and supports short-term investment decisions. Provides guidance to accountants in the section.

4. Principal – System Administrator

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V.No HO/03090/25)

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in senior/lead system administration.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, RHCE, Microsoft Server, VMware VCP, Oracle OCP, Cisco CCNP, etc.) are highly preferred.

📝 Job Summary:
Ensures stability, performance, and security of enterprise IT infrastructure. Leads service monitoring, incident response, and system optimization. Manages IT incidents, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Senior – Attorney

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant banking legal experience.

📝 Job Summary:
Represents the Bank in legal tribunals, drafts contracts, handles foreclosure cases, provides legal advice, and reviews cases.
