Position: IT Support

Job Summary

The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing customer service and technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role requires troubleshooting, installation, training, and support for users in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software.
Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in line with SLAs, escalating when necessary.
Conduct daily health checks of networks, meeting devices, printers, and other office machines.
Troubleshoot and provide guidance to users on technical issues with 24/7 availability.
Communicate technical information to non-technical users; track and resolve incidents.
Train users on cybersecurity, information security, and new technologies.
Install software on new or existing devices per standard procedures.
Assist in the setup of new equipment and devices.
Provide meeting support inside or outside the office.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

BSc Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Language:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Skills & Certifications (preferred):

HCNA, A+, or related certification
Network design, installation, and upgrading
Network maintenance and system upgrades
Troubleshooting & fault resolution
Security management (firewalls, VPNs, data protection)
User support & IT training
Documentation and inventory management
Project involvement and network change programs
