Kerchanshe Trading is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, with a proud history of supplying high-quality coffees to both local and international markets. Established 15 years ago, the company specializes in sourcing from Ethiopia’s renowned coffee regions including Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Gimbi, Djimma, and Sidamo.

Kerchanshe is committed to fairness and transparency in the coffee value chain while maintaining customer satisfaction. With over 1,250 permanent staff and 10,000 seasonal workers, the company directly and indirectly supports the livelihoods of more than 1 million coffee growers across southern and southwestern Ethiopia.

Position 1: Accountant

Job Purpose:
To assist the management and other stakeholders in decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial data.

Qualifications & Education:

BA or MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
Good time management skills

Location: Gelana (West Guji)

Qualifications & Education:

LLB or LLM in Law

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Skills:

Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Organization, planning, and time management skills

Location: Addis Ababa
