1. Branch Manager III

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 7/9 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I or other equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
Place of Work: Hawassa Branch

2. Branch Manager II

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 6/8 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Branch Manager I or other equivalent core banking business-related job positions.
Place of Work: Mehal Arada Adama Branch

3. Marketing Supervisor

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields of study.
Experience: 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or other equivalent related job positions.

4. Digital Banking Supervisor

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or equivalent related job positions.

5. Interest Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Senior IFB Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
Additional: Sharia knowledge is an advantage.

6. Senior Credit Analysis Officer

Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant banking work experience, of which 2 years as Credit Analysis Officer or equivalent related positions.

7. Credit Analysis Officer

Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant banking experience, of which 2 years as Associate Credit Analysis Officer or equivalent related positions.

8. Property Valuator

Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Junior Property Valuator or equivalent related positions.

9. HR Business Partner Officer

Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Associate Human Resource Officer or equivalent related positions.

10. Junior Mechanical Engineer

Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
