About the Program

The Graduate Management Trainee Program is a two-year fixed-term employment contract, where successful candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and rotational assignments across different business units.

At the end of the program, based on performance reviews and availability of roles, trainees may be placed in permanent positions within Safaricom Ethiopia.
