1. Executive Head of ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and Sustainability

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Type: Full-time (Internal / External)

Role Purpose:
The Executive Head of ESG and Sustainability will lead the company’s ESG vision, embedding sustainability principles into business strategy and ensuring alignment with shareholder interests. The role collaborates closely with the Board’s ESG & Impact Committee and key stakeholders to drive measurable impact, ensure compliance, and safeguard responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ESG vision, strategies, and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and reporting standards.
• Oversee and manage ESG programs and initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders, community leaders, NGOs, regulators, and government bodies.
• Lead impact measurement and reporting for stakeholders and shareholders.
• Foster partnerships to maximize environmental and social outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI, TCFD, IFC, BII).

2. Specialist: Cyber Security Architect

Role Purpose:
The Cyber Security Architect will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust enterprise security architecture, ensuring the protection of IT systems, networks, and digital assets.
