1. Customer Service Officer I

Required No.: 8 (Eight)
Location: Branches in Oromia Regional State & Addis Ababa
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: Not required (relevant experience is advantageous)
Other:

• Exit Exam mandatory (where applicable)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong command of Amharic & Afaan Oromo

2. Branch I Manager

Required No.: 6 (Six)
Location: Branches in Oromia Regional State & Addis Ababa
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Other:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong command of Amharic & Afaan Oromo

3. IT Auditor

Duty Station: Head Office – Sebeta, Alem Gena
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Number of Positions: 1 (One)

Education:

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related IT field

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• At least 2 years specifically in IT and systems auditing

Language Proficiency:

• Strong written & spoken English and Afan Oromo

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting IT systems audits & investigations
• Applying risk management & control frameworks
• Implementing international best practices in IS security & auditing
• Preparing & executing disaster recovery and contingency planning
• Ensuring compliance with internal and international audit standards
