1️⃣ Branch Manager I

Job Location: Branch Office

Reports to: Branch Coordination & Monitoring Division Manager

Job Summary

The Branch Manager I plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and controls all operational activities of the branch. Ensures proper resource utilization, customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, reporting, cash management, staff supervision, and adherence to company policies and labor regulations.

Specific Duties

  • Lead, plan, coordinate, and control branch operations
  • Ensure proper enforcement of company policies, labor laws & internal HR rules
  • Ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer and staff complaints
  • Manage HR activities including leave, disciplinary actions, performance, and payroll
  • Approve payments, purchases, and financial documents within delegated authority
  • Ensure proper financial recording, cash handling & timely closing
  • Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Conduct staff training needs assessment and follow up
  • Ensure resource utilization based on annual work plans
  • Foster a conducive work environment and staff motivation

Required Qualification

  • BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
  • 4 years relevant experience, 2 years at Job Grade 7

Job Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Reports to: Employment Business Operation Director

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising overall cleaning and outsourced service operations. Ensures high service quality, oversees recruitment and deployment of staff, manages logistics, conducts evaluations, and maintains effective customer relations.

Specific Duties

  • Coordinate cleaning & outsourced service operations
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals
  • Oversee recruitment and deployment of outsourced staff
  • Monitor service delivery and handle operational issues
  • Maintain client communication and address grievances
  • Prepare operational reports
  • Conduct service quality improvement studies
  • Ensure timely logistical support for cleaning staff
  • Manage HR functions: salary, leave, discipline, promotion
  • Facilitate training need assessments and implementation
  • Ensure proper personnel database management

Required Qualification

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related fields
  • OR BA Degree with 8/10 years experience, 2 years at Job Grade 9 or 4 years at Job Grade 8

  • Draft letters, memos & reports
  • Manage attendance & overtime
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Ensure proper execution of employment contracts
  • Assist in training assessments
  • Maintain databases & logistics records
