Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify sales trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and oversee qualification of sales leads in line with company standards.
• Work closely with marketing teams to drive lead generation campaigns.
• Present and communicate product value proposition effectively to clients.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular progress reports.
• Participate in negotiations and high-level business presentations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Stay updated on cable industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales (Cable Industry or Construction sector experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership ability and experience coaching or mentoring sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Data-driven with strong skills in market analysis, reporting, and MS Office (Word/Excel).
