Position 1: Outdoor / Site Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-time
Terms of Employment: Permanent after probation
Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary + performance-based commission

Position Summary

The Outdoor/Site Sales Representative is responsible for executing on-site sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and improving sales performance through active market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and competitors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual builders, contractors, architects, and project owners
  • Execute promotional and sales activities at construction sites
  • Facilitate quotations and contract negotiations in coordination with the Marketing Manager and management
  • Submit regular sales activity and performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year experience in outdoor/site sales
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Position 2: Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits: Attractive salary + performance-based commission

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing and sales development activities, focusing on market expansion, brand positioning, sales performance improvement, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments
  • Lead, supervise, and evaluate marketing and sales team performance
  • Set sales targets, monitor pipelines, and improve conversion rates
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, dealers, and project owners
  • Plan and execute promotional activities (digital marketing, exhibitions, site visits, product launches)
  • Manage quotations and contract negotiations in coordination with management
  • Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports
  • Coordinate with production and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in sales team management and revenue growth
  • Experience in digital marketing and CRM systems is an advantage
