1. Junior Financial Specialist
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial accounting processes including monthly accruals, prepayments, and GL reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies
- Assist in balance sheet hygiene and risk analysis for accruals and provisions
- Prepare quarterly financial performance reports (liquidity, gearing, operational efficiency)
- Maintain SAP master data (customers, vendors, materials, GL)
- Generate and analyze working capital reports (stock days, debtor days, payable days)
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and risk management frameworks
- Support audits and internal control processes

Qualification & Experience
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
