🎯 Purpose of the Role

Lead and coordinate the joint ERCS/DRC project “Continuity of Cardiometabolic Diseases (CMD) Care in Crisis” across Oromia, Amhara, and Tigray regions.

✔ Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, budgeting, and coordination
Strengthen community health systems & PHC integration
Integrate NCD services into disaster preparedness & emergency response
Coordinate stakeholder engagement (MoH, IFRC, NGOs, partners)
Lead monitoring, evaluation, reporting & data systems
Manage project finances and donor compliance
Build capacity of ERCS staff and volunteers

🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, Health Management or related field
5+ years relevant experience
Strong stakeholder coordination and financial management experience

Desirable:
