📌 Position: Social Risk Management Specialist

🎓 Required Educational Qualification & Experience

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Socioeconomic Studies, or other Social disciplines related to Environmental & Social Risk Management
  OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in the above-mentioned fields

Experience:

• 7 years (for Master’s) or 9 years (for Bachelor’s) of general experience in social development management

Including experience in:

• Public consultation and public hearings
• Participatory research methods (observation, surveys)
• Participatory rural and urban appraisal
• Participatory poverty assessments
• Participatory monitoring and evaluation
• Grievance redress mechanisms

✔️ Minimum 5 years of specific experience in social safeguard issues and social risk management

✔️ Strong knowledge and experience in:

• Physical and economic displacement and rehabilitation
• Preparation and implementation of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP)
• Gender analysis
• World Bank Environmental & Social Safeguard Policies
• IFC Performance Standards
