1. Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert (BI & AE)

Education:

• MSc or BSc in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in BI and data analytics
• Experience with digital platforms or development projects is an advantage

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Data modeling expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders

Reports to: Director of Digital Platforms / Strategy & Innovation Lead

2. Capacity Building Manager – Digital Innovation & Incubation

Education:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Information Systems, Computer Science, EdTech, or Engineering
• PhD is an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years in digital skills development, innovation hubs, or startup incubation

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of digital skills frameworks (e.g., DigComp)
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Strong mentoring and coaching mindset
• Team and budget management skills

Reports to: Director of Strategy / Executive Leadership
Supervises: Capacity Building Officers, Trainers, and Program Coordinators

3. Capacity Building Officer (Junior Level)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, EdTech, or Engineering

Experience:

• 1–3 years in training coordination or digital skills programs
• Strong internships may be considered for fresh graduates

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and Google Workspace

Reports to: Capacity Building Manager – Digital Innovation & Incubation
