Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers during lessons, activities, and playtime
• Assist children with learning tasks, routines, and transitions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
• Help with meals, hygiene routines, and rest times (age-appropriate)
• Observe and report concerns related to children’s well-being or safety
• Follow school policies and maintain professional boundaries
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum: Certificate or Diploma
• Previous experience with children is advantageous
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, attentive, and child-centered attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and school procedures
• Basic knowledge of child safety and hygiene practices
