📌 Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or any Business-related field
• Graduation Year: 2022 – 2025 only
• Exit Exam is Mandatory
• No prior work experience required

🌐 Language Requirement:

• Afan Oromo language skill is mandatory for applicants of Sebeta and Modjo Branch

📍 Place of Work:

• Sebeta Branch (1)
• Modjo Branch (1)
• Kera (Addis Ababa) Branch (1)

Total Required: Three (3)

📌 Position 2: Branch Manager

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• BA/BSc Degree in any Business-related field
• Must have completed MFI-related trainings (Credit & Default Management, Risk Management, Savings Mobilization, etc.)

💼 Work Experience:

• 4 years total work experience
  • Of which 2 years in similar position
    OR
  • 4 years as Senior Customer Service Officer
• Experience in Microfinance Institution is preferable

🌐 Language Requirement:

• Afan Oromo language skill is mandatory

📍 Place of Work:

• Modjo Branch
