- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management

- Key Responsibilities: Promote hospital services, develop marketing strategies, and maintain relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, creativity, and customer engagement skills
2. Junior Finance Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution
- Experience: 0 years and above
- Certificates: Short-term training in Peachtree or IFRS
- Key Responsibilities: Support financial operations, bookkeeping, and reporting
- Skills & Competencies: Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software
3. Clinical Nurse
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nursing from a recognized educational institute
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Certificates: Updated license from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
- Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical nursing care, patient monitoring, and health education
- Skills & Competencies: Clinical expertise, patient care, and strong communication skills
4. Chief Security / Security Head
- Qualification: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications
- Experience: Experience managing and training security staff
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce security policies
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments
- Manage access control systems and visitor logs
- Analyze security incidents and propose improvements
- Coordinate with staff and law enforcement as needed
- Skills & Competencies: Leadership, compliance management, emergency response knowledge, and report preparation
5. Food and Nutrition Director
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Nutrition Science or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in a health center
- Certificates: License from Addis Ababa Food and Drug Authority
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee nutrition programs, develop dietary plans, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Skills & Competencies: Leadership, nutritional expertise, and communication skills
