🍺 Position: Beer Production Operator

Experience Level: Fresh Graduate
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Work Location: Modjo

🔧 Main Responsibilities

• Support the beer production process from malt entry to BBT connection to bottling.
• Operate brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor operations from malt transfer to bright beer tank.
• Prepare, measure, and dose brewing additives as instructed.
• Perform CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures as per instructions.
• Take samples and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and production area.
• Handle chemicals and additives using proper PPE.
• Follow strict safety and hygiene standards.

⚠️ Note: Consumption of beer or use of unprescribed medication during working hours is strictly prohibited.

🎓 Required Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Food Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
