Position 1: MEAL Officer

Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field-level monitoring with technical project specialists
- Support program design, proposal development, and evaluations
- Coordinate AP-level planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting
- Implement accountability and community feedback mechanisms
- Track project implementation and analyze program data
- Prepare AP-level reports (AMR, SAR, and other donor reports)
- Facilitate surveys, assessments, and evaluations
- Document and share lessons learned and best practices
- Coordinate with woreda offices, communities, and partners
Required Qualification & Experience
- BA/BSc in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in program/project M&E
- Strong understanding of development programming
- Experience with SPSS, Excel, Access, Word
- Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills
- Local language skill is an advantage
