Position: Mid-Level Technician – CCTV, Security, and Networking

Job Summary:
The candidate will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, security solutions, and basic network infrastructure. The role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and good communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IP and analog CCTV systems, DVR/NVR
• Set up and troubleshoot security systems: access control, biometric systems, alarms
• Configure and maintain basic networking: routers, switches, IP addressing, cabling
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Provide client/internal user support and basic training
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in CCTV, security systems, or networking
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua), access control, alarm systems, networking basics (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and team-working skills
