We are currently looking for competent professionals to fill the following vacancies at our Addis Ababa and Dessie branches.

Open Positions

1. Branch Manager I

• Job Grade: XI | Qty: 2
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking and Insurance, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years (for MA/MBA) or 6 years (for BA) of experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a Branch Manager role, preferably in the Microfinance or Banking sector.

2. Branch Accountant I

• Job Grade: IX | Qty: 2
• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking and Insurance, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years (for MA/MBA) or 5 years (for BA) of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in an Accountant role, preferably in the Microfinance or Banking sector.

3. Branch Chief Cashier I

• Job Grade: VIII | Qty: 2
• Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Microfinance or Banking sector.

4. Customer Service Officer (Teller) I

• Job Grade: VII | Qty: 4
• Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Microfinance or Banking sector.
