Position: Junior Underwriter – Trainee

Job Summary: This is an entry-level position designed for high-potential graduates to start their career in the insurance industry. Trainees will undergo structured learning to understand risk assessment, policy issuance, and insurance operations.

1. Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BSc/BA Degree in any of the following fields:
  • Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, or Marketing Management.
  • Statistics, Mathematics, or Agricultural Economics.
  • Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Computer Science/IT.
• Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above.
• Graduation Year: Open for graduates of the years 2024/25.
• Exit Exam: Applicants must have successfully passed the National Exit Exam.
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates).
