Position: Junior Operator (Fresh Graduates)
Purpose of the Job
The Junior Operator is responsible for supporting production, packaging, and utility operations. You will execute essential tasks under supervision to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of machinery. This role is critical in meeting quality standards, achieving production targets, and contributing to the company’s sustainability and environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Assist in machine start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and changeover operations; operate and configure equipment as guided by senior operators.
- Monitoring: Track basic process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed, promptly reporting any deviations.
- Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks (e.g., CLIT checks) under supervision.
- Quality & Safety: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), hygiene standards, and safety protocols at all times.
- Material Handling: Support the loading and unloading of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Sustainability: Contribute to waste segregation, reduction, and recycling initiatives in compliance with environmental guidelines.
- Documentation: Accurately record and report production and quality data for shift documentation.
- Workplace Standards: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machinery and workstations in accordance with 5S standards.

Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience, preferably in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing shop floor setting.
