1. Construction Site Engineer
Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring engineering standards are met, and delivering projects within scope, quality, and schedule.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and verify works for interim payment certifications.
- Optimize material utilization and manage site documentation (as-built records, logs).
- Qualifications: BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
2. Office Engineer
Role Summary: Focuses on project coordination, documentation control, and technical support to bridge the gap between the site and the office teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Develop BOQs, conduct quantity take-offs, and assist in cost estimation.
- Manage document control systems (RFIs, approvals, and contractual records).
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, Infrastructure & Technology Management, or related fields.
- Academic Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.75.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction project coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
3. Safety Officer
Role Summary: Proactively implements Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems to foster a safety-first culture on construction sites.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and enforce corrective measures.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare corrective action reports.
- Enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Qualifications: BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in HSE systems within construction.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Risk Assessment, Safety Compliance, and HSE management systems.
