1. Construction Site Engineer

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring engineering standards are met, and delivering projects within scope, quality, and schedule.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and verify works for interim payment certifications.
  • Optimize material utilization and manage site documentation (as-built records, logs).
• Qualifications: BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum two (2) years of practical experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

2. Office Engineer

Role Summary: Focuses on project coordination, documentation control, and technical support to bridge the gap between the site and the office teams.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
  • Develop BOQs, conduct quantity take-offs, and assist in cost estimation.
  • Manage document control systems (RFIs, approvals, and contractual records).
  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, Infrastructure & Technology Management, or related fields.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.75.
• Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction project coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.

3. Safety Officer

Role Summary: Proactively implements Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems to foster a safety-first culture on construction sites.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and enforce corrective measures.
  • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
  • Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare corrective action reports.
  • Enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Qualifications: BSc Degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in HSE systems within construction.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Risk Assessment, Safety Compliance, and HSE management systems.
