MOHA Soft Drinks Industry Plc is seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a System Administrator for our new Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.

Position: System Administrator (SFA & Sales Analytics)

Role Summary: This is a hybrid role designed to manage the backend administration of the SFA system while providing technical oversight and actionable sales insights. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability and strengthening commercial decision-making through accurate reporting and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

A. System Administration & Backend Support

• User Management: Handle user creation, access control, password resets, and profile updates.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve system errors, bugs, and synchronization issues; escalate complex problems to the development partner (Theia) when necessary.
• Health Checks: Perform routine system health checks to ensure data validity, consistency, and smooth integration between SFA and NAV/ERP.
• Configuration: Support the setup of system workflows, approvals, dashboards, sales targets, KPIs, and route structures.
• Maintenance: Coordinate testing for new features and updates while maintaining detailed system documentation and issue logs.

B. Analytics & Insights

• Deliver actionable sales insights to support the commercial team.
• Strengthen decision-making through the development of accurate reports and analytics.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in system administration, sales analytics, or a data-related role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
• Advantage: Understanding of sales operations or Route to Market (RTM) strategies.
