🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Architecture
  • Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Construction Management
• Master’s Degree is preferred

💼 Experience

• 12 years in construction project management
• 8 years managing design phase of large-scale projects
• Experience in:
  • High-rise or mixed-use buildings (30+ floors preferred)
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

💼 Experience

• MSc: 6 years OR BSc: 8 years
• Completed at least 10 projects successfully

🧠 Skills & Requirements

• Professional Architect License (PPAR)
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • BIM tools
• Strong design, documentation, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of Ethiopian building standards is an advantage
