📦 Store Keeper / Stock Controller (Based on the described responsibilities)

📝 Job Summary

The position is responsible for managing store inventory, handling stock movements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing stock and ensure store requisition and issue vouchers are properly completed
• Check quantity, quality, and documentation before accepting goods
• Maintain accurate and timely store records following company procedures
• Ensure storage areas remain clean, organized, and safe
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock balance reports
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations
• Report damaged, obsolete, or missing items to supervisors
• Participate in fixed asset inventory activities
• Prepare lists of excess materials
• Update inventory records periodically

🎓 Education Requirement

• Diploma in Supplies Management
• Or related field

---

💼 Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3 years proven experience
• Preferably in construction warehouse environments

• Computer literacy
