The Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer is responsible for supporting branch banking operations and delivering quality customer service, including:

• Assisting customers with banking products and services
• Supporting branch sales and customer relationship activities
• Processing basic banking transactions
• Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
• Promoting bank products and services to clients
• Supporting daily branch operational activities

🎓 Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in:

• Accounting
• Finance
• Management
• Economics
• Marketing
• Public Administration
• Related Business Fields

📅 Graduation Requirement

• Only 2024 and 2025 graduates are eligible.

📊 GPA Requirement

• Male applicants: Minimum 3.00 GPA
• Female applicants: Minimum 2.75 GPA

---

🎯 Additional Requirements

• Must be below 30 years of age
• Must have passed the National Exit Examination
• Afan Oromo language proficiency is mandatory
• English and Amharic language skills are preferable
