🔹 Position Summary

The Data Clerk Intern will support election observation activities by ensuring accurate and timely processing of data submitted by observers. The role involves close collaboration with CECOE staff, regional coordinators, and field observers.

• Process and manage observer-submitted data
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of collected data
• Support reporting and data compilation
• Collaborate with internal teams and field coordinators

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Law, Political Science, IT, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
• Basic skills in:
  • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Fluency in Amharic and English (spoken & written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team under supervision

• Basic data cleaning skills
