🔹 Job Summary

The Credit Accountant is responsible for managing credit transactions, handling receivables, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining financial records related to company clients and patient services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare credit invoices in coordination with cashiers
• Issue invoices to companies and follow up on payment status
• Process payments (cash/cheque) and verify bank deposits
• Maintain communication with credit company focal persons
• Prepare periodic financial reports
• Monitor patient admission and discharge for billing accuracy
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Conduct aging analysis and reconciliation of receivables
• Participate in pricing and financial closing activities
• Maintain and update credit company records in the system
• Ensure compliance with procedures and financial controls

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Good communication and follow-up ability
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
