Job Summary

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB is responsible for planning and leading business development activities. The primary focus is attracting and managing financial relationships to grow deposits and Interest-Free Financing/Investment portfolios. You will promote IFB products, manage risks according to Shari’ah principles, and ensure high levels of customer retention.

Candidate Profile

1. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Added Advantage: Diploma or Certificate specifically in Islamic Banking or Finance.

2. Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

3. Functional & Technical Competencies

• In-depth understanding of IFB operations, Shari’ah principles, and associated risks.
• Expertise in modern sales, marketing, and networking within the financial services industry.
• Extensive background in credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Digital Savviness: Ability to leverage digital tools to drive innovation and growth.
