Open Positions

1. Business Development Specialist – Ethiopia (Heavy Weight Shipments)

Role Summary: Focus on winning new B2B accounts with complex, urgent, or high-value logistics requirements, specifically targeting heavyweight and time-definite transport solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales (Express logistics, Air freight, or Freight forwarding).
Skills: Strong understanding of international express operations, cross-border trade, and customs processes. Familiarity with DHL products (TDI, TDD) is a plus.
Location: Addis Ababa.

2. AFR and Gateway Team Leader

Role Summary: Lead the Air Freight (AFR) team in managing imports/exports customer relations and gateway operations. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: * 3–5 years as an Air Freight Imports & Exports customer relations controller.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- 4 years of direct experience related to gateway and air freight duties.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cargowise and Microsoft Office; deep knowledge of International Trade Terms and regulations.
Location: Addis Ababa.
