Established in 2016, Ethiopian Re provides life and non-life reinsurance coverage to domestic and international markets, supported by a robust capital foundation and global retrocession partners.

Position: Auditor

Job Summary: The Auditor is responsible for evaluating internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Given the digital nature of modern reinsurance, a strong focus on Information Technology (IT) auditing is required for this role.

1. Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Special Demand: Qualifications or a strong background in the Information Technology (IT) department are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of directly related experience in the Insurance or Reinsurance sector.
• Mandatory Skill: IT Audit experience is mandatory.

2. Employment Details

• Salary & Benefits: As per the company’s competitive salary scale and benefits package.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
