1. Junior Office of Exchange Officer

Role Summary: Responsible for air and land inventory planning, preparing exchange lists for international mail, and ensuring compliance with international postal regulations regarding weight and handling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute air and land inventory plans and prepare inventory sheets.
- Prepare exchange lists considering speed, reliability, and cost.
- Monitor the handling of mail canvases and investigate international inquiries.
- Consolidate data on the weight and volume of overland mail for the International Accounts Department.
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skill: Proficiency in computer applications.

2. AMU Supervisor

Role Summary: Coordinates the service fulfillment process, supervises staff within the AMU department, and facilitates communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.

- Option B: TVET Level III with 2 years experience.
- Option C: TVET Level II with 4 years experience.
- Option D: Secondary Education + 4 years of motorist experience.
- Option E: TVET Level II + 2 years of experience as a motorist.
