Yegna Microfinance Institution is a growing financial institution dedicated to poverty alleviation through credit services for micro and small enterprises and low-income individuals in Ethiopia. We are currently seeking fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Officers across multiple locations.

Position: Trainee Officer-I

Job Summary: This is an entry-level position designed to develop future professionals in the microfinance sector. Trainees will support the institution’s mission of providing financial services to income-generating activities and small business operators.

Educational Background: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agri-Business, Agro-Economics, or related fields.
Experience: No Experience Required (Fresh Graduates).
Special Criteria: Must be a graduate of 2016 E.C. (2023/24 G.C.) and above.
Quantity: 8
Salary: Attractive company salary scale with a conducive working environment.
Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, and Debre Berhan.

Skill in Marketing & Sales is highly advantageous.
Strong commitment to supporting low-income groups and small enterprises.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
