BMK Textile and Garment Manufacturing, a subsidiary of the multifaceted BMK Investment Group, is seeking motivated and technically sound fresh graduates to join its manufacturing facility in the Tatek Industry Zone.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Junior Technical Supervisor

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Diploma (Level III, IV, or V) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology.
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Graduation Cut-off: Open exclusively to candidates who graduated from 2015 E.C. (2022/23 G.C.) onwards.
• Core Competencies: Basic knowledge and a keen interest in assembling/disassembling machinery components, ability to grasp new mechanical workflows quickly, and strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols.

2. Junior Knitting Machine Mechanic

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Diploma (Level IV or V) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, General Mechanics, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Graduation Cut-off: Open exclusively to candidates who graduated from 2015 E.C. (2022/23 G.C.) onwards.
• Job Summary: Monitor the continuous operation of standard production knitting machines, perform minor repairs, execute routine preventive maintenance, and assist the senior engineering team to ensure minimal factory downtime.
