International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) Internship Announcement

International Clinical Laboratories (ICL), a partner of Cerba Lancet Africa, is one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers on the African continent. As the only laboratory in Ethiopia accredited five consecutive times by the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI), ICL provides a world-class clinical environment.

ICL is launching an immersive 6-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and a financial stipend (package money) for recent graduates.

Available Internship Departments & Requirements

1. Marketing Department

• Educational Background: Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or closely related business fields.

2. Client Relations Department

• Educational Background: Recent graduates with a College Diploma or BSc Degree in health-related fields. Prior background or training within a Medical Laboratory environment is highly preferred.

3. Finance Department

• Educational Background: Recent graduates with a BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or other business-related fields. Familiarity with medical laboratory or healthcare service environments is an asset.

Program Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation Timeline: Open exclusively to recent graduates from the years 2024 to 2026 in the respective fields listed above.
• Duration: 6 Months (Full-time commitment).
• Core Skills Valued: Basic accounting principles, foundational marketing/outreach skills, strong interpersonal communication, and a proactive learning mindset.
