Open Positions & Specifications

1. Principal Research and Development Officer

• Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
• Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 2 years of active service specifically as a Senior Research and Development Officer.
• Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.

2. Branch Manager I

• Place of Work: Butajira
• Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years of structural service at a supervisory or team leader level.
• Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.
