Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012, and is fully registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The company provides a range of insurance packages and is currently looking for qualified, competent, and motivated candidates to fill several professional and support positions across its Head Office and regional branches.

Salaries for all positions are structured in accordance with the official company scale, supplemented by additional benefit packages.

Open Positions & Specifications

1. Driver Inspector

• Education: 10th or 12th-grade completion.
• Experience: 2 years of experience.
• Additional Requirements: A valid 3rd Grade (or equivalent) Driving License paired with formal training in auto mechanics/drivers’ mechanics.
• Language Preference: Proficiency in speaking Afarigna is highly preferred.
• Place of Work: Afar Branch.

2. Auditor I (Re-advertised)

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Experience: 1 year of experience.
• Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Auditor II (Re-advertised)

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Experience: 2 years of experience.
• Place of Work: Head Office.

4. Senior Auditor (Re-advertised)

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Experience: 4 years of experience.

5. Legal Officer I

• Education: LLB Degree in Law.
• Experience: 1 year of experience.
• Language Preference: Proficiency in speaking Afaan Oromo is highly preferred.

6. Underwriting Officer II

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of direct experience in the insurance sector.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branch.

7. Marketing and Customer Service Officer II

• Education: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of experience.
• Place of Work: Head Office.
